It's Time!

It's back (no, not merely Daylight Savings Time): Philadelphia pro soccer! And not a moment too soon, as the off-season lull had reduced us to debating whether or not Faulkner's "The DOOP and The Fury" is the greatest 20th-century American novel.

But we digress:  the Union open their 2011 season next Saturday in Houston versus the Dynamo. Their first home game is at PPL Park in south Chester on March 26th, against the Vancouver Whitecaps.  The WPS Independence start league play on April 10, with their first home game at Widener University in uptown Chester on April 16.
